On May 19, 2023, Henan Scientific Research Platform Service Center organized experts to evaluate the scientific and technological achievements of "Development and Industrialization of Microcrystalline Ceramic Corundum Abrasives for High Precision Gears", a project of Zheng Luoxin National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone Innovation-led Industrial Cluster Special Project-led by White Dove Abrasives Co., Ltd.
The evaluation Committee consists of 7 experts, Long Weimin, Chief Engineer of Zhengzhou Machinery Research Institute, Qu Lingbo, Vice President of Zhengzhou University, Zhao Xinli, Deputy General Manager of Machinery Industry No.6 Design Research Institution, Zhang Wangxi, Dean of the School of Materials and Chemical Engineering of Zhongyuan University of Technology, Jin Qinguo, President of Henan Refractory Industry Association, Xi Junjie, professor of Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics, and Bao Hua, Secretary General of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Abrasive Tools. Shen Xiangdong, director of Henan Scientific Research Platform Service Center, presided over the meeting.
At the meeting, Li Yonggang, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of White Dove Abrasives Co., Ltd. made a welcome speech. Zhang Lin, Assistant General Manager, and Zhang Guowei, General Manager of the Fifth Department of Bonded Abrasives, reported the project status of "Development and Industrialization of Microcrystalline Ceramic Corundum Abrasives for High-precision Gears". Zhu Xiaowei, General Manager of White Dove, Professor Li Zhengxin of Henan University of Technology, Professor Zhang Zhifeng of Zhengzhou University of Light Industry, Liu Yao, Vice Director of Henan Scientific Research Platform Service Center, and relevant personnel from Fifth Department of Bonded Abrasives and Science and Technology Quality Department of White Dove attended the evaluation meeting.
Experts of the Evaluation Committee listened to the report on the project achievements, reviewed the evaluation datas, and after questioning and discussion, considered that the project of "Development and Industrialization of Microcrystalline Ceramic Corundum Abrasives for High-precision Gears" as well as the related gear worm grinding wheels and molding grinding wheels have independent intellectual property rights, and the overall technology has reached the international advanced level.
