On July 14, the coated abrasives new technology seminar entered the fifth day of intense and orderly learning. The seminar enriched the learning carrier and improved the learning effect through experiential teaching of classroom learning, visits and observations.
In the morning of that day, Peng Jin, deputy dean of the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Henan University of Technology, brought the students a wonderful lecture on "Development and Application of High-Efficiency Precision Grinding and Polishing Technology". Through examples, he taught the classification of precision and ultra-precision processing and grinding, abrasive belt precision grinding, flexible polishing of engine blades, stacked abrasive high-grade polishing belt, ceramic microcrystalline abrasive high-grade power grinding belt, precision anti-clogging abrasive discs/abrasive cloth/abrasive belts, polyester film ultra-precision abrasive belts, stacked abrasive belts, applications and other professional theoretical knowledge.
President Peng's lectures are vivid and specific, the content is close to the forefront of the industry and the enterprise reality, triggering a strong interest in the students, who listened attentively and took out their cell phones from time to time to take pictures of the lectures.
During the break, the students still had unfinished learning and gathered around the podium to ask questions from the teacher, showing a great desire for knowledge.
In the afternoon, under the careful organization of the organizers, the trainees visited White Dove Abrasives Co., Ltd., a well-known domestic abrasives manufacturer located in Xingyang Industrial Park. After watching the promotional video of White Dove Abrasives Co., Ltd. and White Dove Industrial Park, the trainees visited the production lines of bonded abrasives, coated abrasives and super-hard products with great interest.
After the visit, the trainees said that this kind of experiential teaching has improved their cognition and learning effect, which can be said to be worthwhile and beneficial.
