Material composition
1. Abrasive Grains——The cutting and grinding material
The correct materials should be selected according to the specific application
2. FIber Nets——The structural strengthening material
The appropriate mesh and gram weight should be selected according to the use and size of the product
3. Phenolic Resin——The bonding course
Phenolic resin with corresponding code should be selected according to the product use
4. Label——Appearance and trademark materials
Should be based on different markets, and customer requirements, select the corresponding form
5. Iron Sulfide——Cooling, lubricating material
Absorb oxygen reaction, reduce the oxidation of resin, improve high temperature performance. 650 degrees absorb heat and decomposition reaction occurs, reducing the working temperature of the grinding wheel. At about 1100 degrees, it enters a molten state and becomes a good lubricant to protect the grinding wheel.
6. Cryolite——Auxiliary structure reinforcement, auxiliary cutting and grinding, manufacturing air holes, help to melt the workpiece
It has good affinity with phenolic resin and can be evenly distributed in the resin binder. High strength, good crystal shape, can play the role of auxiliary cutting. Crystallite melts at 1000 degrees, promoting the abrasive grains shedding, increasing self-sharpening, and creating pores to increase heat dissipation.
7. Gypsum Powder——Structural reinforcing material
It mainly plays the role of support to fill the gap between abrasive particles and auxiliary materials. Reduce resin shrinkage, improve rheological properties, control viscosity
8. Color Material——Appearance materials
To improve the appearance of products, appropriate forms should be selected according to market and customer needs
Inspection item
1. Grinding test
Routine cutting test is used only for longitudinal comparison of stability between different batches. To check whether the product meets the market requirements, you need to simulate the actual operation scenario for horizontal comparison test.
2. Appearance detection
Whether the outside diameter, inside diameter, thickness is up to standard, appearance is defective. Whether the fiberglass mesh is flat, fit aThe outside diameter, inside diameter, thickness and other dimensions meet the standard, and the appearance is defective. Whether the fiberglass mesh is flat, fit and tight.
3. Identification parameter check
Whether the metric size is converted correctly, the speed is marked correctly, and the specification parameters are consistent with the product.
4. Basic production process control inspection
Whether the mixture is adjusted according to the weather and whether it is properly wet and dry. Whether the mold is regularly replaced and maintained, whether the scraper is regularly trimmed, and whether the static balance test of the product meets the standard. Check for completeness of each batch daily. Whether the temperature in the furnace is calibrated.
FLAP DISC
Flap disc are versatile grinding and finishing tools, consisting of three main components a backing plate, adhesive, and abrasive cloth flaps. Flap discs are designed for right angle grinder applications ranging from heavy stock removal to surface blending.

Inspection item
1. Grinding test
Routine cutting test is used only for longitudinal comparison of stability between different batches. To check whether the product meets the market requirements, you need to simulate the actual operation scenario for horizontal comparison test.
2. Appearance detection
Flap size meets the set standards. Check whether the flaps are even from front and back. Whether there is glue on the flaps, whether the glue is out of the inner circle and outer circle, and whether the position of glue is correct. Whether the backing is damaged or defective. Whether the label is pasted concentric. Whether the thickness of each piece is uniform.
3. Identification parameter check
Whether the metric size is converted correctly, the speed is marked correctly, and the specification parameters are consistent with the product.
4. Basic production process control inspection
Whether the code and grit of abrasive cloth is correct. Whether the width of the sliver is consistent and meets the set standards. Whether the shaping disc and cutting tool are regularly replaced and maintained. Whether the glue position is correct and whether the glue is broken or over. Shrink film length is appropriate, shrink is smooth and fit.
