In 1958, White Dove Abrasives Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as White Dove) abrasive materials system and abrasive products system were put into production one after another, unveiling the magnificent prologue of White Dove's development history. It was a passionate era. As the electrification industrial revolution matured and the world abrasives industry developed rapidly, China began to build an abrasives manufacturing system in a planned and step-by-step manner. Laying the foundation, developing, and rising on the hot land of the Central Plains, "Ideals in mind, selfless dedication, hard work, unity and struggle" are the excellent genes for the development of White Dove. 

In 1988, the completion and acceptance of White Dove "Introduction of Wide Abrasive Belt Engineering Project" sounded a loud horn of enterprise reform and development. It was an era of reform and innovation. The information revolution is still emerging, the world's abrasives industry is in full swing, the tide of reform in China is surging forward, the industry is undergoing structural adjustment, transformation and upgrading, competition and reorganization, and rapid development. As the explorer and pioneer of the new era of China's abrasives, "Reform and opening up, innovation and development, dare to be the first, brave to the tide" is the strong voice of the times for the development of White Dove.

 

 In 2018, White Dove moved and upgraded into the new park, marking a brand new starting point for the enterprise to create brilliance again. Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, the intelligent industrial revolution is flourishing, the world abrasives industry is undergoing profound changes, China's economy has shifted from high-speed growth to high-quality growth, and China is moving from a large abrasives country to a strong abrasives country. In the new historical orientation and competition pattern, White Dove has started the strategic course of the second venture and the return of the king. "Change and transcend, move forward bravely, endure hardship, and work hard" is the firm determination of White Dove’s development.

More than sixty years of wind and rain, entrepreneurship, growth, difficulties, change. We deeply feel that if we comply with the times and follow the laws, the company will prosper; if we lag behind the times and go against the laws, the company will decline. The market competition will not give us much time, so the next 3-5 years is an important window of opportunity for White Dove, and perhaps the last window of opportunity. Standing at the coordinate point of inheriting the past and opening up the future, our generation must take the historical responsibility of "revitalizing the enterprise and recreating the glory", and must make the strategic choice of "forging ahead, reforming for strength".
