On the morning of July 6, 2023, White Dove Abrasives Co., Ltd. held a grand opening ceremony in the new materials and precision manufacturing industrial park. Yang Jinjun, Secretary of Xingyang Municipal Party Committee, Li Xianwu, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone, Liu Chengwei, Standing Committee Member of the Municipal Party Committee and Vice Mayor, Jin Xifeng, Vice Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, Zhang Junhai, Vice Mayor of the Municipal Government and Secretary of the Party Committee of Jinzhai Township, Zhang Haiqing, Deputy Director of the Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone, Zhao Hongxing, Deputy Director of the Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone, Li Yonggang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of White Dove Abrasives Co., Ltd., Chen Peng, Secretary General of the Abrasives Branch of China Machine Tool & Tool Industry Association, Sun Zhaoda, Secretary General of Superabrasives Branch, Chen Yuandong, Secretary General of Coated Abrasives Branch, and Shao Xiao, President of Zhengzhou Sub-branch of Zheshang Bank, attended the opening ceremony, which was presided over by Zhang Haiqing.

He said: "Under the background of the provincial government's high attention to the development of new material industry, White Dove actively responded to the policy of Zhengzhou and Xingyang municipal governments, based on high standard planning and construction, high quality cluster development, high efficiency operation and service, developed and constructed “New Materials and Precision Manufacturing Industrial Park". Adhering to the responsibility and mission of state-owned leading enterprises, we gather high-quality small and micro enterprises to jointly build development, and make due contributions to the improvement of China's abrasive industry and the economic take-off of Xingyang City."

Subsequently, Xingyang Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Mayor Liu Chengwei made a speech at the ceremony. He pointed out that White Dove new materials and precision manufacturing industrial park project as the focus of the construction of small and micro-enterprise parks in Zhengzhou City, has successfully completed the preliminary work of the project with the joint efforts of all parties and is now ready to start construction. He also stated that after the completion of the project, we will increase investment efforts, continue to plan, layout, and implement high-quality projects, and promote the new materials industry to strengthen its advantages, promote its brand, and move up to the next level.

Also present at the opening ceremony were: the main responsible persons from Xingyang Development and Reform Commission, Industry and Information Bureau, Commerce Bureau, Resources Planning Bureau, Housing and Construction Bureau, Emergency Management Bureau, Ecological Environment Bureau, Real Estate Center, Chengguan Township and other units; Cadres at the mid-level and above in the Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone and Chengguan Township; representatives of enterprises planning to enter the White Dove New Materials and Precision Manufacturing Industrial Park and on-site construction personnel, etc.
The new materials and precision manufacturing industrial park construction project is developed and constructed with White Dove Abrasives Co., Ltd. as the main body. The industrial park focuses on superhard materials, cultivated diamonds, new materials, as well as precision manufacturing and intelligent logistics related to the industrial chain. It covers an area of 212 acres, has a total project investment of 400 million yuan, and a construction area of 130,000 square meters. After the project is completed, it is planned to introduce about 30-40 upstream and downstream supporting enterprises of new materials. The industrial park is expected to have an annual output value of 1.5-2 billion yuan, an annual tax revenue of 200 million yuan, and 1,000 employees, making it an advanced abrasives industry cluster and innovation highland in China.
