They have the advantages of good grinding accuracy, high grinding efficiency, and stable quality. According to different grinding objects and requirements, we have selected several types of corundum abrasives with different proportions for mixing, so as to achieve the purpose of making the comprehensive grinding performance of the grinding wheel higher than that of a single abrasive. With high-performance ceramic bond, the grinding wheel speed can reach up to 100m/s. The bond has extremely strong holding power on abrasives, ensuring a high level of gear machining accuracy. Adopting a special hole-making structure design, the internal pore structure of the grinding wheel is uniform and has good sharpness, achieving efficient grinding without burning the workpiece. Worm grinding wheels are mainly equipped for high-efficiency gear grinding machines such as Reishauer, Kapp, Liebherr, NEC, QCMT&T, CHMTI, and NJMT2. Forming gear grinding wheels are mainly used in forming gear grinding machines such as Kapp-Niles, Hofler, Gleason-pfauter, QCMT&T, Nanjing-KN, and Shanghai-THINKHEAD.
