Vitrified bonded roll grinding wheel is used for roll processing in metallurgical Industry, available in diameters ranging from 600 to 1065mm. For hard-to-grind roll material, porous construction is specially engineered for improving surface finish quality with signifisantly reduced scratches.
Performance characteristics
Conventional vitrified bonded roll grinding wheels deliver stable quality, self-sharpening and precise surface finish while CA grinding wheels (ceramic aluminia grain) produce improved surface finish with reduced scores, scratches or spiral marks, etc.
